Maybe Pakistani slaves have this punishment, and Bashir saw that at home or somewhere, but I never heard of it happening here.

Who can remember when the best television on MSNBC was Imus in the Morning, a radio program? What else happened there at MSNBC? Imus, being Imus, an outspoken radio jock who had been around forever, called a black women's Basketball player a nappy headed Ho, and he was unceremoniously fired.Imus bent over backward to make his slight up to the players.
