I take two lessons home from that gif:

1) If you’re going to hold a gun on someone, don’t do so from within arm’s reach.

The headline implies that the cuckolded woman was in a position superior to that of the home wrecker, but the article does not back that up. Home wrecker is a radiologist at the same facility.

Not only is infidelity now “normal” in our culture, but the normal, human responses to it are stigmatized or even criminalized.
