Here’s a new theory: Not enough meetings.
Politico points out on Friday morning that President Obama and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius simply never met in private meetings.
Get this:
Between July 12, 2010, to Nov. 30, 2013, the president’s public schedule indicates a total of zero one-on-one meetings between Obama and Sebelius.
Over the same period, Politico reported, the president's calendar lists 277 private meetings with his other Cabinet secretaries (excluding full Cabinet meetings).

I think the message here is she has being disappeared.
The bus is warming up and her present this Christmas from the Muzzie in Chief will be a good bye note. Sebelius did not write this piece of crap. SEIU and other special interests and lobbyists wrote it. It sucked then and it sucks now. The funny thing is that SEIU got screwed when the final bill was passed.
Sebelius looks like Baghdad Bob every time she gets in front of a camera.

Just keep in mind in permanent background is that Communists have always promoted elaborate social programs in Western countries, whose sole purpose is to sap the resources of countries whose governments are enemies of Communism, to set the table for their military and political conquest by Communist countries and/or internal revolutionaries, or by some combination (as in "wars of national liberation").
The Western Communists did it in the 1930's and France collapsed before the onslaught of Germany, and England very nearly.
American Democrats and Fabians have always had the enactment of these programs as their entire purpose since the turn of the Democrat Party from a southern, Midwestern, and agrarian party into an urban-ethnic and Socialist party in 1928, when the Party nominated New York City's favorite ward heeler, Al Smith.
