Well...uh...., John-John had turned out to be something other than a screaming RFK Jr liberal, and IIRC his death wasn’t regarded by the Kennedy clan as any great political loss. They said he was more Bouvier than Kennedy.
Then there was the immediate cremation w/o autopsy of all who perished in that plane crash, ashes scattered at sea, personally ordered by Teddy the Swimmer.
JFK’s grandson will have a proud legacy to uphold. /s
First of all, he needs a good ghostwriter to write a book for him, so he can follow in his grandpa's footsteps and win a Pulitzer Prize. Maybe Bill Ayers isn't too busy at the moment to help out.
The ad was published as a parody. I believe it was in National Lampoon.
The only Kennedy that I don't passionately detest is Rosemary, who was lobotomized. The rest -- and yes that includes JFK and RFK -- were all agents of evil. Oh, and that tax cut that some tout as "proof" of Johnny's "conservatism" doesn't begin make up for the vast body of his pro-commie policies.
If you wonder why JFK and the Kennedys are revered by some, it is because they pulled it off, they “fixed” America.
However, if there is one man who can take the most credit for the 1965 act, it is John F. Kennedy. Kennedy seems to have inherited the resentment his father Joseph felt as an outsider in Bostons WASP aristocracy. He voted against the McCarran-Walter Act of 1952, and supported various refugee acts throughout the 1950s. In 1958 he wrote a book, A Nation of Immigrants, which attacked the quota system as illogical and without purpose, and the book served as Kennedys blueprint for immigration reform after he became president in 1960. In the summer of 1963, Kennedy sent Congress a proposal calling for the elimination of the national origins quota system. He wanted immigrants admitted on the basis of family reunification and needed skills, without regard to national origin. After his assassination in November, his brother Robert took up the cause of immigration reform, calling it JFKs legacy. In the forward to a revised edition of A Nation of Immigrants, issued in 1964 to gain support for the new law, he wrote, I know of no cause which President Kennedy championed more warmly than the improvement of our immigration policies. Sold as a memorial to JFK, there was very little opposition to what became known as the Immigration Act of 1965.
He got rich the old-fashioned way, by being born.
Thanks Kaslin.

Only two parts of the Kennedy family are relatively good. The Shrivers are absolutely incredible and the JFK personal family were pretty good (only one left). Not a divorce in the entire two sections of the Kennedy family. I say that is quite an accomplishment.
The kid didn’t inherit any intellectual brilliance from either side of his family. JFK Jr, barely passed the New York bar after numerous tries and Caroline is no intellectual.
what I want to know is how did a loving God ever think it was okay for little Caroline’s daddy to be gunned down and her brother to crash his plane so she is left all alone?
Kennedys: The cannot fly a plane without killing someone or themsselves, they cannot ski without hitting a tree and killing themselves, they cannot drive a car without killing someone, yet they know more about how we should live than we do. And they will take our money and prove it. They are a laughing hyena. They can rape and go free, kill and get away with it for over 15 years, etc, etc,...of course the last 2 was part of the extended Kennedy clan...And adultery is their first law of being a kennedy and made their fortune as a bootlegger and was a Nazi sympathizer and Roosevelt had to recall old joe from his diplomatic post in Great Britain and last but now lease, have their daughter forced into a pre-frontal lobotomy put in a convent for the rest of her life....great family. bull sh1t
That faux VW ad was an in house send up by art staff of one of the premier Madison Avenue ad houses. Who released into the wild, I don’t know, but it was circulating among the ad agencies for awhile before being published. A friend in the ad biz showed me a Velox copy that was floating around.
I think it was Mad Magazine.
I believe that ad was from the National Lampoon.
If I remember correctly, (not sure on this) the Kennedys
put great pressure on the publisher to pull the ad, even
though it’s a parody on the VW ad campaign back in the
early seventies about their waterproof body construction.
The copy is very funny too.
Well, that explains why the left loves them so much.
No... I’m pretty sure he’d still be dead.
Maybe he’ll take flying lessons and be a great pilot like his Uncle John-John!
Why don’t we ever hear of her husband?
