It wasn’t quite cold enough to need a vest on a mid-November Texas morning, but Matt Dossey was wearing one anyway. Made of heavy-weight beige canvas, the vest just might have been concealing a pistol. There was no way to tell. Perhaps that was the point.

I have support armed school personnel for years. Cost efficiency is only one reason why I like it.

You can't exploit a tragedy if you blame the person or persons actually responsible.

The only way to not let a crisis go to waste is to blame people who had nothing to do with it.

they need a simple costruction redesaign and hall cameras

When I was in school....Every classroom on the first floor had an exit door. No kid should get trapped in a lockdown and that's what's happening.

Newtown is turning into a real freak show. This morning on FNC, I heard one Newtown woman telling the “media” and everyone else to leave the people there alone. Then, later in the morning, FNC showed the Newtowners doing a big press conference for the toads in the “media”. Huh? Which is it?

They're searching the wrong place. The state had a mental health agency less than a mile from this shooting. It had been closed for years, thanks to liberals who want to “mainstream” mental cases in our society.

Of course, it doesn’t matter that Newtown wasn’t caused by lax gun laws but mental health.

The idea was that if they had a presser today the press would leave the town alone on Saturday. We’re all getting ready for the influx of press and regular folks streaming into the town, snarling up traffic and being general pains in the @ss anyway.
