Hey - that would be a huge problem for her. How about just the continent of Africa and ask her to point out where Benghazi, Libya is. She stumbled over pronouncing the word.
Geographically, Benghazi isn't in the Middle East. It's in North Africa.
But that's a meaningless technical distinction for the purposes of this conversation. I'm certain she wasn't aware of the difference.
