A handful of Republican Party officials is quietly advancing a new batch of rules aimed at streamlining a chaotic presidential nominating process that many party insiders viewed as damaging to the their campaign for the White House in 2012, multiple GOP sources told CNN.

Then, only those candidates with huge war chest filled by corporatists and the establishment GOP crowd will have any chance from the very beginning, and needn't worry about some grassroots nobody trying to start from nowhere and building any momentum to ruin the party which rightfully belongs to the elitists.
And those goofy rednecks, hayseeds and hicks in flyover country can be properly and totally ignored!
