Nonsense. We hold the House, so we can make sure no spending bills get passed unless they include cuts. We have as much power as we have the guts to exercise.

Please tell me what spending cuts the House has been able to end up in ACTUAL LAW signed by president ZERO. Nothing becomes law unless senate agrees and ZERO signs it. I thought every one who posts here knows that.
Obamacare is ALREADY a law. House can not overturn it by themselves.
