Officials: Reports of shots fired at Kirkwood H.S.

KIRKWOOD, MO (KTVI) – Kirkwood police responded to a call for shots fired at Kirkwood High School. Police are blocking several entrances to the Kirkwood High School campus.

School has been delayed for the high school, but all other schools will start on time.

The Kirkwood police chief said there was a report of shots fired that came in just before 6 a.m. Officers are checking the building but according to the police chief, nothing has been found yet.

When I saw ‘Kirkwood’, I immediately thought of East Atlanta where the cost of living’s going up and the chance of living’s going down.

I used to live just a few blocks from this high school and my brother went to high school there. Good thing the reports were so early in the morning, there shouldn’t be any kids there yet.

When I was a kid we lived on Argone (I think that was the name) street by the tracks. Meachem Park was between us and the High School.

OMG! I live 1/2 mile from Kirkwood High. I've been up since 5:30 and haven't heard any sirens or been aware of any commotion.
O.K. - I just turned on the TV and the local FOX news station says "it" (whatever it was, is all over. They are interviewing a couple of student on their way into the school who say "they are O.K. going into the school and are glad "Kirkwood knows how to handle this sort of thing".

There is a concerted effort by the media and the Democrat party to over publicize every school shooting, in hope there will be copycats. I blame liberals for sensationalizing these cries (among other things).
