Drastic changes to off-calendar year plans are going to help keep the collapse of Obamacare in the public eye through 2014 and into the midterm elections.
They’re all saying, “See, Obamacare is in place, and there’s no change in our plans!”
I reply that we’re in an offset plan and locked into the pre-ACA rates. Next year will be different.
They just laugh it off.
