(Spoiler Alert!)
Netflix's new trailer for Mitt, a documentary about Mitt Romney's run for president of the United States, begins where the Republican candidate's journey ends: the moment he realizes he lost the election to Barack Obama.
The film, directed by Greg Whiteley, premieres Jan. 24. It details the behind-the-scenes actions of Romney's aspirations starting in 2006 and concluding at his concession speech in 2012. Among the moments Whiteley captured was this odd way to iron his clothes:

I first met and filmed the Romney family in Park City [Utah] in 2006 as they gathered to discuss whether Mitt should run for president," Whiteley said in a statement. "Over the next seven years. I couldn't believe I was filming inside rooms and situations I had no business being in. Now that I've finished I couldn't be more pleased to share this experience with audiences around the world through Netflix."
Earlier this month, Netflix announced that Mitt would debut on its online streaming service a product that, coincidentally, has been ramping up its film acquisitions as of late.
The film will make its offline debut at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival on Jan. 17.
I'd have to think watching paint dry offers more drama than this.

The moment Mittens realizes he's lost to Obama is estimated to be on or around June 2, 2011
Painful memories !
Under the circumstances, I'd have thunk they'd be having the debut of an online steaming service.
Did they capture the moment the GOP elite idiots went “DOH!!! we should watched for all the voter fraud”
Enough already with this Pretend Republican.
Romney was, and is, a Trojan Horse for Progressive Politics/Policies being implemented through the GOP.
He is a Traitor to conservative ideology and principles.
Wonder when the documentary Hussein is coming?
Is there a part where he says “Oh sh@t, maybe I should have talked about the Benghazi thing?”?
The question is WHY, Mitt? Why did you even consider making this documentary, and approve of it’s circulation even after your/ our loss? Why rip that scab again? Ann, why did you let him do it? Or was the compulsion to be in a starring role more than he could resist? My thinking is that it takes someone who is a natural celebrity at heart to run for President in today’s world. Mitt may miss being on the public stage in whatever capacity. That hunger to be talked about, thought about, riled up about, may be increasing as he ages. If the decision was all Mitt’s, yes, he would try for the Presidency for a third time, oh yes, he would!
The absolute epitome of the GOP-e.
I’d still rather he won than the fool in office now. At least Mittens wouldn’t take a selfie of himself at a funeral basically embarassing himself and the country with his baffoonery.
Is it on Animal Planet? It’s about a RINO after all
Yet that is how the GOP is playing it now... Up in the polls over Obamacare but coast to the next election. Give up sequester cuts, screw veterans, raise the debt, increase taxes, don't fight judicial appointments... all to avoid conflict... AND they think this cowardly approach wins elections..
Oh I’m torn.
My repulsion at watching anything Romney vs Watching his presidential dreams crash.
First one is winning.
And Pat Caddell is and was correct. Romney went all squishy after the first debate. He should have looked at the results from that rather than relying on the weak-kneed consultants he hired. I wonder if he would have had some of these people in places of authority in government? I didn’t want Mitt as our nominee, but still believe he would have been better than what we now have. This has been the longest 5 years of my life, and we have nearly 3 more to go. Its almost unbearable!
On another note: I wish Romney would consider becoming Mayor of Detroit, and show the country the results of having intelligent people in charge.
