NONE OF THOSE listed ( as you stated Dr’s and CBP agents) ever gave a comment or an interview to this journalist - and again - proves my point on how worthless this article is...thanks for pointing that out and helping me prove my point — you guys are the best!

We know they didn't have a warrant so we know the searches were illegal and un-Constitutional. Doesn't take a rocket surgeon to see that.
Well, if you are indeed the real BCW then you have nothing to feel threatened about, right?
You tout the US Constitution - prior LE experience and court involvement demonstrates that there are exigent circumstances may make a warrantless search constitutional if probable cause can be shown...so WE will ALL have to wait to see what the court has to say on this matter and IF the CB agents had that probably cause...

no - I’m just wanting to know what your intentions are...kinda a thing I always have done...gather intel and base my actions accordingly...
I suggest you do a google search for “cavity search” and then tell me that all the people you find stories about were guilty of looking funny or saying something that didn’t make sense and therefore raised a red flag to someone which meant they should be forced to defecate in a bowl in front of strangers.

oh -— I like to type...it’s fun - especially early in the morning... I also enjoy a steaming cup of regular coffee - no milk or sugar - it just ruins the experience...and I like making sure I have all the info before jumping down someone’s throat - be it an individual or a government entity...
