AP poll: Obama health care overhaul top 2013 story

The glitch-plagued rollout of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul was the top news story of 2013, followed by the Boston Marathon bombing and the dramatic papal changeover at the Vatican, according to The Associated Press' annual poll of U.S. editors and news directors...

The White House had hoped the Oct. 1 launch of open enrollment would be a showcase for the upside of Obama's much-debated overhaul. Instead, the website became a symbol of dysfunction, providing Republicans and late-night comics with ammunition, and worrying the president's Democratic allies. The site gradually improved, but a wave of cancellation notices from insurers undercut Obama's oft-repeated promise that people who liked their existing coverage could keep it.

AP’s Top 10 stories of 2013:

#10: Missing women in Cleveland found after years of being kidnapped.

#9: Syria’s war continues.

#8: Massive typhoon hits the Philippines.

#7: Nelson Mandela dies.

#6: Homosexual victories regarding what they pretend is “marriage”.

#5: The extent of B. Hussen Obama’s violation of the fourth amendment is revealed by Edward Snowden. The media pretends it is a faceless agency, namely the NSA. Thinking Americans realize it is the clown in the Oval Office who is destroying their constitutional right to unreasonable search and seizure.

#4: The Congress remains divided, enacts sequester. (No note that the Clown suggested the sequester, then whined when it came to pass.)

#3: A new pope takes over the Vatican.

#2: A bomb disrupts the Boston Marathon. No note that Team Obama was warned specifically about the two men who committed the bombing and IGNORED THE WARNINGS BECAUSE THEY WERE MUSLIM.

#1: Obamacare is a massive failure, as is Obama.

...glitch-plagued O/care (and healthcare.gov rollout) were 2013's top news story...........

Now's a good time for campaign-era articles to go viral---how Obama
bragged about him and his campaign team's tech savvy---how they ran and
won, financed by their clever use of tech.

===========================================

Actually, presstitutes' pumping tech agit-prop is a good thing
--if they nail Michele's schoolmate's company which raked in all the
money for the botched web site.

Toni Townes-Whitley, Senior Vice President at "CGI Federal" for
Civilian Agency programs, healthcare.gov designers
is Princeton 1985,
same dumbed-down class as Michelle Obama. Both are members of
the racial separatist organization----Association of Black Princeton Alumni.

"I wake up every day wondering how I ever graduated from Princeton."

======================================================

We, the people, ripped off by CGI for $$hundreds of millions wonder, too.

So, it's secure, now?

...undercut Obama's oft-repeated promise that people who liked their existing coverage could keep it.

Oh, so he didn't lie, then?

Just an "undercut" promise?

Top story of 2013? This story is 3 years old. There was nothing new revealed this year that we didn’t already know in 2010.

So, it's secure, now?

No, it isn't secure because security has nothing at all to do with the main purpose of the site - data collection for the discovery and information utilization of potential Democrat voters. None of the multiple Obama campaign websites have such security measures in place, so it is only natural that this site does not either. It was never even considered.

The big lie here is that these ObamaCare websites were set up to sign people up for insurance. That simply is not what they were purposed to do. In the grand scheme of things, the website could not possibly be working more effectively. Those who spend the most time online trying to sign up will be the same ones who exert more time in fighting for Democrat causes. Except now the Obama campaign machine has all their personal information in advance.

It may be the top story in 2014 as well, especially if the LMSM starts telling thr truth.

I’ts the biggest story because of the gigantic fiasco it has become. If they don’t fix it soon (good luck with that!), it will become a gigantic political albatross on the Democratic Party in the 2014 elections.

Health care is too important to be left to the government.

Obama “overhauled” our helth care like they “overhauled” the engines of the Cash-for-Clunkers trade-ins.

My top story is that Obama and Holder still have not been apprehended and thrown in jail for their crimes against the American people.

Polls as news? CS Monitor gets the story the administration wanted.

1. US government shutdown (73 percent)

In October, a partial shutdown of the federal government annoyed many Americans and dented an already weak economy.
