I was at that football game in Philadelphia. Santa got booed becuase he was drunk. I'm not sure what all this fuss is over the guy in DC. He's black and obviously he is not Santa.
Poor Santa sure made a lot of noise about a pellet gun ding; I got shot with a .32cal in a restaurant parking lot robbery in 1974, and made not a sound. (It missed all organs, bones, nerves, arteries etc. Trauma Ctr Drs said I was "luckiest SOB they'd ever seen".)
Just out at a local grocery store and Santa was taking a break, giving away candy canes. He confirmed that the GM oats he feeds his reindeer has made them faster and the afterburners on his sleigh sped him up so that he had time to take a break from his deliveries in Australia and the Pacific, and hand out candy canes at the store!

I was fat enough that the bb didn’t penetrate far. My brother survived because my dad only had his belt at the time. Dad was a firm believer in gun safety, and (if you will excuse the pun) he drove that point home that day...
