Seems pretty straight forward to resolve this. Send the $1.5 million bill to the Russian Foreign Ministry. No visas for Russians until the bill is paid.

“On Dec. 6, State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said that foreign diplomats in the United States “who meet certain eligibility criteria may apply for and receive federally funded medical care.””

Our government is living in some make believe world of 50 years ago when there were no limits and the bounty seemed endless. Is there nothing citizens won’t be asked to fund? Anyones healthcare? Food? They need to face reality some day.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to stop fraud in government handout systems administered by bureaucrats. 25% of benefits paid out are automatically fraudulent.

For stupid! Most of us could do that if we were so inclined, but choose not to because of a higher moral standards. It does not take a wizard to figger out that the system is built to operate with the understanding that most people are honest. When ethics and morals break down, so does the system.
