Liberal weenies have been so conditioned to not just dislike, but actually FEAR cigarettes, that I’ll bet if a fad erupted where people just walked around with paper tubes in their mouths, there would be an uprising against that, too.

Fallin is an anti-smoking advocate...

Translation: Fallin is an ex-smoker!

Fixed it.

Really Oklahoma? The state where every single county voted Republican in like the last 3-4 presidential elections?

And those taxes are “for the children’s health programs”.

Light Up Folks! Support Children’s Health.

Orwell would think even this was satire.

These are always the same problem who have absolutely no problem with making smoking of marijuana legal, although the effects are ten times worse.

Never taken a hot shower? Never walked in the fog? For that matter, never walked in the rain? Have you ever used a vaporizer when you had a cold?

Have you ever noticed when it is really cold you can see your breath, hint, that is water vapor.

It is not likely inhaling water vapor is going to cause pneumonia.

Right. So the new criteria is 'unknown risks' are enough to ban stuff.

Well, THAT should help America innovate.

What an asshat.

No, Republican ...

Most of the state of Oklahoma is Republican. In fact every single county in Oklahoma went GOP in the Presidential elections, even in the two major metropolitan areas.

They have law enforcement officers for pretty much all state buildings and they will enforce this ... or else they can easily arrest you.

I go through the scanners at the court house and there are policemen all over the place. Believe me ... people are not going to be ignoring them ... :-) ...

I don’t agree with her, but this IS on state property only...it doesn’t affect the private sector, if I read the article accurately.

Fallin needs to be educated, though. This is clearly not a threat to human life.

Give me a break, Mary.

Farts have “potential health effects” too. Shall we ban them?

Well, actually the green weenies did try going after cows for exactly that.

It’s a challenge to love it. I hated it at first for years.

Water vapor is a deadly toxin?

If I recall it wasn’t so long ago that a student got a bunch of brilliant voting class adults to sign a petition to ban dihydrogen monoxide.
