Neal can suck it. Retired has-been blowhard that should give it up and stop trying to feather his retirement nest egg. Never met a situation he could not try to make a buck off of. He should just STFU and go away.

"Boortz explained the importance to the republic for a GOP win next year while guest hosting Sean Hannity’s Thursday radio show"

Wrong. The importance to the republic is for a conservative win of the Senate next year. The "GOPe" held the Senate (and the House for that matter) for 6 years and accomplished nothing. They were progressive lite, that's all.

Play golf and shut up, Boortz. You made your millions and want us to vote so you can keep it from the tax man, just like all the Chamber of Commerce millionaires. But those of us with morals and no millions live by a different code.
Live with it.

Funny how the GOPe is always blameless.

Last I checked RR was a social conservative. He carried 49 states.

They’ll keep the House, but they’re not going to get the Senate and I’ll tell you why – because they simply cannot resist the urge, the impulse to get into this social conservatism.

Urge? The Dems and the MSM make social conservative issues the centerpiece of their campaigns against Reps. They ensure it overshadows everything else. The War on Women is a Dem invention.

How much attention did Mitt Romney pay to social conservatives? How about Juan McCain? Bob Dole?

I rest my case.

Neal normally makes sense but he’s almost certifiable when it comes to certain social issues. Its why I didn’t listen to him very often.

Sorry, Neal, you blowhard, but we elected ‘conservatives’ on ‘fiscal issues’ back in the Bush years. They turned out not to be conservatives at all, in either economic nor social outlook.

If you are so concerned about ‘taking the Senate’ then why don’t YOU join the social conservatives?

Boortz is wrong. The GOP probably won’t take the Senate because they are playing bystander to history right now thinking 2014 is in the bag. The Dems will battle every week through 2014 while the GOP takes a powder. That is not a recipe for victory since the Dems & MSM set the narrative.

Neal would not allow anyone, except himself, to discuss the murder of the unborn child on his show.

He would often take shots at social conservatives, usually Christian, while proclaiming to be a Christian himself. I don’t know where his heart really is on his salvation, but not defending the life of the unborn to me is a marker.

Being pro-life doesn’t mean you are Christian, but you are more likely to be a Christian if you are pro-life.

It is a safe bet that after the election, no matter which party prospers, we will still have an unconstitutional Big Government driving the country into ruin, spending money we don’t have, supporting foreigners who hate us, protecting homos and sexual freaks, illegal aliens and terrorists, while pandering to minorities.

They will also continue to persecute citizens, taxpayers, Christians and law-abiding patriots while shaking us down for more tax money to finance their socialist wealth redistribution.

So why should we work hard to make sure we are being screwed by republicans instead of democrats?

On Thursday, semi-retired radio talker Neal Boortz predicted the Republican Party will not win control of the U.S. Senate in the 2014 midterm elections, despite all the pitfalls the Democrats and President Barack Obama are facing, particularly with regards to Obamacare. The reason, Boortz said, would be the GOP’s tendency to run on issues related to social conservatism. Boortz explained the importance to the republic for a GOP win next year while guest hosting Sean Hannity’s Thursday radio show:

Neal can permanently retire whenever he's ready.

He’s almost right, at least in one sense. RINOs are quite good at pandering on social issues. See Lindsey Graham. We have a large number of almost single issue voters. If a RINO properly does the pro-life dance, it’s often good enough to get elected. See Lindsey Graham. The GOPe knows to turn to social issues and the military to fake out the base. Look for Lindsey Graham to start talking a lot about abortion and the need to bomb somebody. Oops, he’s already started.

Just simply being pro-life is NOT good enough. That’s a starting point, not the finish line for a candidate. Again, see Lindsey Graham.

So failure to woo social conservatives is the fault of social conservatives? Is the failure of Yugo to sell cars to Americans also the fault of the American consumer or is it that we just don’t buy cheap fascist imitations?
