How do you logically separate the social issues from the fiscal issues?
Can you really ignore the huge fiscal burden of Obamacare? Illegal aliens? Unfettered homosex? Government funding of abortions? Minimum wage? Union intimidation? Crimes related to drug abuse?
The social/fiscal divide seems to be an artificial political construct designed to ignore individual and state rights, overrun the will of the electorate and negate conservative values.
The Gop-e wants to somehow make us believe that they can shrink government spending without addressing the underlying social principles. Nonsense.
You can't. Both social and fiscal issues are moral issues. All one has to do is look at the state of our economy and federal budget to understand the damage done by having immoral people in charge.
