HONOLULU (AP) - On these sun-bathed shores, Barack Obama was born and spent his formative years, soaking in an island sensibility that his wife and friends say is indispensable to understanding who he is as president. Yet in the search for a home for his future presidential library, Hawaii has become the underdog, stuck in Chicago's perpetual shadow.

Hawaii, LA, and Chicago.”

Let’s include the international branches in Kenya and Indonesia.

What a crock of shiite!

The only thing he spent time sucking in was dope, communism, and older white guys in exchange for coke.

Only people I see that give a damn about the Kenyan are angry old white liberals. The local brown skinned people act like they could not care who he claims to be.

...............What kind of library is he going to have when everything is sealed?.......................

Question? Since everything is sealed by the first EO he signed, not by a law, can a future President sign an EO that unseals Zer0’s records, or negates Obunghole’s EO?

I’m all for the Obama library being in a place where a tsunami could wash it into the sea.

The BHO library will be nothing but a shrine that would make any communist commissar green with envy.
I have visited many presidential libraries. His won’t be one of them.

You bring up a good point. Keyna enthusiastically claims him as one of their own. Hawaii doesn’t. Other Presidents home states were proud to say they were the birthplace of an American President. Even Jimma Carter.

Oahu is too small for this jerk’s ego. It will tip over with the Obama worship center. There are only a million people or so on the island and Obama’s ego must be fed by more people than that. And tourists aren’t going to Oahu to look at a shrine to Obama. However, with that being said, here’s what I can imagine Obama doing.

Obama is “all about me.” He will pave over the Arizona memorial for his library. Inside on an obscur wall will hang a plaque, “Obama throughout History plaque 482794b. On this site the USS Arizon was sunk due Republican obstructionism. Barak Obama reached across the aisle to work with Republicans, prevented the oceans from rising, healed the planet, and provided health care to those without health insurance.”

The answer is yes. In fact the Obama presidential records Executive Order #13489 that you are referring to revoked a George W. Bush Executive Order #13233 of November 1, 2001.
By the way, Executive Orders can be and some have been declared to be unconstitutional.
In 1952, the Supreme Court ruled in Youngstown Sheet and Tube v. Sawyer {343 U.S. 579} that President Truman’s Executive Order #10340 which asserted the President’s Commander-in-Chief power to authorize the government seizure and operation of the steel mills in order to prevent a work stoppage during wartime was unconstitutional.

Build Obama’s presidential library on French Frigate Shoals, they're half way between the Hawaii (big island) and Midway Island. Then, when one of the annual typhoons roars through, the storm will sweep it away.

Thanks for the info that indicates that Zer0’s EO to suppress all of his background, that which was the most important thing that he signed on his first day of inauguration, could be over-turned by a new President.

But, only if we elect a President that has some real spine to create a constitutional crisis of the eight years of a flawed socialist regime!

Who has the guts????

A problem is that Obama’s Executive Order only refers to “Presidential Records.” Those are records that are kept and accumulated AFTER inauguration. Obama’s birth certificate, Social Security Administration records, draft records, college records, travel records and financial aid records are not presidential records.

Huh??

I thought that all the lifetime records were sealed by the EO, and any repository of prior records of Zer0 would be prosecuted by revealing them.

So why haven’t Occidental, Columbia, Harvard, Hawaii, Kenya, Indonesia, Illinois, released any records relating to Zer0, if they’re not under a federal gag order for suppression???

Nope, presidential records begin on Inauguration Day. College records are confidential but not sealed.
Orly Taitz sued Occidental College to get Obama’s registration and financial aid records. Occidental College won the lawsuit and the judge fined Orly Taitz $4,000 in court costs to be paid to Occidental’s attorneys.

http://occidentalweekly.com/uncategorized/2012/11/28/taitz-loses-court-case-to-occidental-over-obamas-records/

There is a difference between a confidential record and a sealed record. However if you have a court order ( a warrant not a subpoena) from a judge, a confidential record or a sealed record can be released.

And as we all know these days, there’s no longer any such thing as a sealed record in the era of Wikileaks, Edward Snowden or Bradley Manning. If you are a skilled enough hacker, even the most top secret records can be opened and released.
