No doubt you've heard this before, but may I ask why?

Aside from the democrats constantly introducing “The Koch Brothers” for their two minutes of hate ritual, does anyone on the progressive mailing lists even know who the Koch brothers are? Do they know what business they are in? Do they know their names?

And knowing their preferences, they'll probably get a bunch of $3 bills ...

The Affordable Care Act has helped keep health care costs growing at their slowest rate in 50 years.

When you throw 4 million people off their insurance plans in one fell swoop (with more to come), I can see how health care costs would grow at a slower rate.
