BRITAIN will today be hit by the first wave of Romanian and Bulgarian migrants keen to take advantage of our generous taxpayer-funded benefits.
At least 5,000 are expected in the first week alone.
Visa restrictions on low-skilled nationals from the two eastern European countries ended at midnight. The first sold-out flight from Romania is due to land at 7.40am today.
Coach operators say that thousands have bought tickets for as little as £50.
The first coaches leave the capital Bucharest tomorrow for the 1,600-mile journey, arriving in London on Saturday.
One operator predicted that nearly 1,000 a day could come here over the next seven days.
The Daily Express has found evidence of an exodus from hundreds of impoverished communities across Romania.

I may consider moving to Romania. Sounds like it will soon be a better place to live, after all the human trash flows to the UK.

Human trash? That’s a bit over the top. I thought people on this site were all for others trying to improve themselves. I don’t blame these folk one little bit. I blame the ludicrous immmigration policies of socialist europeans.

After immigration controls are lifted this week, Britons could find their jobs are squeezed in some areas – while community tensions could rise as the new wave of migrants fight for work with other Eastern Europeans who have been settled in Britain for a decade, it suggests.

Gypsies come from an ingrained culture where thieving from settled communities is encouraged, and squatting down to take a dump in the middle of the pavement is considered normal behaviour. What would you call such people?
