I read through the whole pity-party article. An overly long recount of her troubles and difficulty in dealing with bureaucrats she mistakenly ascribes to insurance companies. She wasnt dealing with insurance companies. She was talking to Exchange Bureaucrats - Obamas people.
I think you may be misinterpreting what she says. Here's the part I think you're referring to:
I have never been treated so poorly by any insurance company in my whole life. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in all my years on this earth. I cant imagine how long a company would last in this country if they followed the same protocol as the ACA/Health Insurance Marketplace does.
This is a comparative analysis - the only thing she's ascribing to the insurance companies is that every one she's ever dealt with treated her much, much better than "the ACA/Health Insurance Marketplace does". She's basically saying that the ACA/Health Insurance Marketplace sucks at customer service to the point it would never survive if it were a real company.
I just wish that, rather than using a more technical term like "ACA/Health Insurance Marketplace" she'd gone with "Obamacare" instead. That would really make her comments clear as day ...

The most confusing thing to me is why the American people are not rioting in the streets
Are you rioting in the streets?
Sad response.

Death Panels refused coverage for her 7 yr. old, because of his PRE-EXISTING CONDITION.
Coverage for pre-existing conditions are just another Obama/Pelosi lie.

and who can you turn to? Reps are cowards and Dems don’t care abouth anything but power.
Even if we have a bloodbath in November, will Reps step up and have the balls and backbone to remove this burden from America?
I don’t think so.

She’s white, she’s married, she has kids, she looks cute and happy, she owns her own house, she works hard, and they live in ALABAMA. That does not sound like an Obama voter to me. I could be wrong, she could be really stupid, but the probabilities are against it.

“They either didnt vote or voted for Obama.”
I don’t know why people keep saying things like this. This stuff is happening to many people, and even if many did vote for Obama (or didn’t vote) the fact is they were mislead by those in power, and maybe we can say they were even mislead by Romney, et al. also who was/were unwilling to raise these issues during the campaign.
But this attitude that people are getting what they deserve is simply wrong.

Today, January 1, 2014, his administration and the media are implying theyve signed up nearly a million people, BUT THEY WILL NOT PROVE IT with evidence From what I understand, the majority of those that "signed up" are actually new Medicaid enrollees.

Well, are you? Do you expect others to do so? Just wondering.

The entire problem here? These are people who had very little, to no, involvement with the government. They did not depend on the government at all.
ObamaCare FORCES them to be involved AND dependent on government. That was the entire goal of ObamaCare: Make more people dependent on Government.

No, the new claim as of today is that they have signed up over 5 million!

My ETERNAL QUESTION - “Who writes the words on the paper that become the ‘Bill’ that becomes the Act’ that becomes ‘The Law’? We saw an Architect’ (Rahm’s brother”) but he did not write the words. Who did? We are governed by a faceless, unaccountable, invisible bureaucracy.

Indeed, imagine if Romney had been elected with his Romneycare... we would have not heard the end of it ...

I could be filled with glee at this debacle, but I can’t be, because I know real people are going to be harmed by it. Some perhaps severely harmed.

So we would need to pay total $828.26 to keep health and dental insurance for the four of us. This payment is roughly $64.00 less than what we pay for our mortgage each month. Wait'll she finds out the costs for the IRS audits for their last 7 years of tax returns...
