Here's a question that I've asked in the past that needs to be revisited. Unless one wishes to obfuscate, it has a simple yes or no answer. If one group of people prefers strong government control and management of people's lives while another group prefers liberty and desires to be left alone, should they be required to enter into conflict with one another and risk bloodshed and loss of life in order to impose their preferences on the other group? Yes or no. My answer is no; they should be able to peaceably part company and go their separate ways.
The problem our nation faces is very much like a marriage in which one partner has an established pattern of ignoring and breaking the marital vows. Moreover, the offending partner has no intention to mend his ways. Of course, the marriage can remain intact while one party tries to impose his will on the other and engages in the deviousness of one-upsmanship and retaliation. Rather than domination or submission by one party, or domestic violence, a more peaceable alternative is separation.
I believe our nation is at a point where there are enough irreconcilable differences between those Americans who want to control other Americans and those Americans who want to be left alone that separation is the only peaceable alternative. Just as in a marriage where vows are broken, our rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution have been grossly violated by a government instituted to protect them. These constitutional violations have increased independent of whether there's been a Democrat-controlled Washington or a Republican-controlled Washington.
There is no evidence that Americans who are responsible for and support constitutional abrogation have any intention of mending their ways. You say, "Williams, what do you mean by constitutional abrogation?" Let's look at the magnitude of the violations.
Article I, Section 8 of our Constitution lists the activities for which Congress is authorized to tax and spend. Nowhere on that list is there authority for Congress to tax and spend for: Medicare, Social Security, public education, farm subsidies, bank and business bailouts, food stamps and thousands of other activities that account for roughly two-thirds of the federal budget.
Neither is there authority for congressional mandates to citizens about what type of health insurance they must purchase, how states and people may use their land, the speed at which they can drive, whether a library has wheelchair ramps, and the gallons of water used per toilet flush. The list of congressional violations of both the letter and spirit of the Constitution is virtually without end. Our derelict Supreme Court has given Congress sanction to do just about anything for which they can muster a majority vote.
James Madison, the acknowledged father of the Constitution, explained in Federalist Paper No. 45: "The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce. ... The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives and liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the State." Our founder's constitutional vision of limited federal government has been consigned to the dustbin of history.
Americans have several options. We can like sheep submit to those who have contempt for liberty and our Constitution. We can resist, fight and risk bloodshed and death in an attempt to force America's tyrants to respect our liberties and Constitution. A superior alternative is to find a way to peaceably separate into states whose citizens respect liberty and the Constitution. My personal preference is a restoration of the constitutional values of limited government that made us a great nation.
They will not let us part peacefully. After all, we are the ones who create things.
It will be CW-II.
Forget about peace...until after we have won.

I wish you were wrong, but I’m afraid you are right. Liberals are like locust. When they have consumed their own once prosperous cities and turned them into Detroits, Buffalos and Clevelands, they move on to places like Florida or Northern Virginia to repeat the process.
Yea, they need workers paying taxes to support their their government of Marxism and greed.
The folks who love government control are not seeking control of themselves but, rather, accept that so that they can control others. Their need is for the government power their individual attributes would never give them.
I’d be willing to move to another state to carry out such a separation but the logistics would be horrifying.
Better would be for one or more states to ANNOUNCE a return to Tenth Amendment compliance, then watch the sparks fly! Once people learn that a state is willing to stand up to the monster, their support will be loud and vigorous. Just give us a choice!
[Better would be for one or more states to ANNOUNCE a return to Tenth Amendment compliance]
Before it is to late as we now see the man putting drones in the air and we know that drones are for spying and for warfare. The left is an evil monster indeed and only the states can stop him from his destruction and misery at this point of time.
BINGO!
There’s no way the liberals (authoritarians) let as us walk away from $80 trillion plus, in bills and obligations they’ve racked up, without a fight (they won’t fight it, they’ll be hiding under their desks. But they’ll bring in foreign hired guns to do it).
A solution used for centuries.
And the counter used for centuries is for us to offer them up to their own former hires as the battles get bloody.
No one is willing to cut off the liberals and to stop them so this whole planet is hell-bound. Only after it gets to Armageddon will there be a deliverance from these satanic yes men. The rejected ones, those cast down with Lucifer, have deceived many and the only way to defeat them is with violence.
Being the peace loving people that we Christians are we will continue to sheath our swords and to be led as lambs to the slaughter but don't fear my friend. The end is closer than you know. God has given white robes unto every one of those that are under the alter; and it has been said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
We Christians (and Israel) are under a all out assault worldwide. Millions of us were slaughtered in 2013 alone and that behavior by barak O bamah and his minions isn't going to stop until Jesus Christ returns with all his saints and destroys them.
We're closer to that great day of our Lord's return now, in 2014, than we have ever been. All the prophesies are being fulfilled at the same time, right before our eyes.
Be of good cheer and Happy New Year! :)
GOD and HIS way... Freedom and Liberty... two gifts that came from HIM... are ALL worth fighting for and dying for if needed. ALWAYS! We pray that it never comes but satan is the coach for the other team and there is nothing that he likes better than death and destruction.
For those who don’t have one, here is the Walter William “Proclamation of Amnesty and Pardon Granted to all Persons of European Descent.”
http://econfaculty.gmu.edu/wew/WalterWilliamsAmnestyProclamation.pdf
When Walter Williams starts to talk in such terms then you know that America is indeed very close to a tipping point.
Unfortunately, there are two problems with that theory.
1) Authoritarians, totalitarians, fascists and socialist-communists (not mutually exclusive groups) somehow grasp that just they and their followers are parasites, and what they crave is absolutely dependent on what amounts to slavery. That is, without slaves, masters are nothing. Without a host, the parasite dies, because it does not produce, it consumes. Blue states and socialism dies without capitalist Republicans to support it.
2) When such people *do* rule, for any appreciable length of time, their bad ideas are ruinous, so if they can, their parasitic hosts flee. Eventually things are so bad, like in California, that even those who support the authoritarians, totalitarians, fascists and socialist-communists flee.
But here is the problem. Though such people flee the disaster of their own making, they still embrace the very same ideas that led to their downfall. When Californians leave California holding their noses, and move to a red state, they *immediately* try to force the failed “California way” on their new state.
This happened some years ago when Californians fled to Washington state. Eventually the Californians were able to overwhelm the locals at the ballot box and made their state government both radical leftist and self destructive.
Importantly, however, this failed in Utah. When wealthy Californians fled there, they built “McMansions” in small, rural towns. But within weeks they were bored to tears. There was no drugs, no pornography, little alcohol or entertainment, and no leftist politics. And the locals were very determined to keep such filth out. So for the most part, they soon abandoned their McMansions and left.
The low end Takers want free stuff. The high end Takers want to rule over us like Kings. They both instinctively hate our guts.
This is only going to end in violence.
None the less, the solution is always at hand, always ready, yet rarely chosen.
