Dems stake 2014 survival on class strife

ObamaCare is going to cost Democrats dearly in this year’s midterm elections. And if early warnings about higher costs, less access to care and disrupted coverage for the 85 percent of Americans who were covered before the law prove true, there may be little anyone can do to avoid another landslide defeat for the blue team.

So while Republicans are girding for what may be the most brutal rounds of primary fighting yet, Democrats are building their bases and uniting the party around “eat the rich” politics. It worked for Obama in 2012, and if it just works a little bit in 2014 it might be enough to save the day. If Democrats do it right, a few thousand votes in a few races could mean preserving the president’s agenda and keeping the health law lurching forward.

That’s the problem with eating the rich,
an hour later you’re still hungry and
have to start on somebody else!

Republicans are nebbishes who run campaigns on milktoast.

Class strife...

Yeah, well, I’m sure that’s better than running on your record after what this ass hat has done.

Crap like this plays well to the sheeple and low-information voters. That's why Republicans should EMBRACE being rich. Tell the people that Republicans want everyone to be rich, and point out the millionaires and billionaires in Hollywood that support Democrats, and the millionaire and billionaire Democrats in Washington, and that they want YOU to remain dependent on THEM and not to succeed.

Prime example is Obama spending time with millionaires such as Jay-Z and other celebrities, and not with working and poor low-income blacks. When has Obama ever been to the 'hood?

Just look how bambi and sotomizer are being portrayed as fighting each other over some principled argument. Classic Alinsky tactic. They both completely agree with each other. There’s no argument but pitting them against each other effectively inoculates them from criticism.

The GOPe of course is too sissified to clearly recount the sentient points and will forever be befuddled by Alinskyites.

“That’s why Republicans should EMBRACE being rich. Tell the people that Republicans want everyone to be rich,”

Excellent points!

If you aren’t running for office yourself, you should be advising the Republicans. That is exactly what they should be doing, instead of apologizing for their existence.

We’re not going to get better candidates until we start being better people. Obama was elected for a reason and republican voters want the candidates to do all the dirty work.

Republicans better be ready for this.

Yes and the sad part is that there are no surprises. The Dems telegraphed the "war on women" theme via journ-0-list Stephanopolus in the R debates early in 2012 and how many candidates still got trapped?

Now it's obvious with DiBlasio where the next line of attack will be.

Better still: Run Sarah for something.

Put her in front of the RiNO Early Money pack for 2016.

[Dems: "Early Money Is Like Yeast" = "Emily's List"
Republicans: "Early Money Inflates Liberal Yankees."]

“Dems in trouble” is a myth. Why? They just steal elections now, silly. It isn’t like Republicans are going to do anything about it either.

“Better still: Run Sarah for something.’

The first thing conservatives have to do is to face reality and stop living in a dreamworld.

She is NOT going to run for anything, it was obvious for a long time, while many still lived in a dreamworld waiting, instead of getting behind someone who was running and had a chance to win. Democrats are ROTFL because this “divide and conquer” strategy was one of the key contributors to their victory.

Ready? Heck, they support it. One uniparty hand washes the other.

Republicans won’t be ready for this. They never are. They will cower in some public corner and cave in and give every possible illusion of guilt thereby reinforcing the leftist propaganda efforts. It happens every time.

They are already laying the groundwork with the whole minimum wage scam. and dollars to donuts Republicans will cave, like they will on immigration. All Democrats have to do is whisper “boo” and Republicans run for cover and beg Democrats to stop.

We will concentrate on fratricide, because it's easier to successfully primary someone who only agrees with you 87.4% of the time than it is to beat a democrat in the general.

I would also look for libertarian and other ticket splitters to find themselves unusually well financed this year.

When have the Republicans ever truly understood the war they were fighting?

Not since Reagan.
