The GSUSA blog simply directed girls to comment on a HufffPost article about Women of the Year and asked for their input about who should be added ...kinda like “freep this poll”

HuffPost chose those women on the list, not GS. Read the article the GS blog directed the girls to comment in!

Some bad like Davis, and some, actually pretty good like the Pakistani teenager shot in the head by the Taliban

Lord with all this exposure she is getting, I hope she does not slither into the Governorship. Remember even Texas has voted in Democratic Governors. It pisses me off that she is being seen as this great person just because she did a filibuster. Cruz did too and I don't see him getting accolades from the masses. I believe she is being “forced” into running for Governor and wouldn't have if she didn't stand for 30 hours or how ever long it was. Since when is that a qualification for President anyway.
