A population imprison for minor pot charges is far more controlled, and costs us taxpayers a fortune while commercial prison owners mop up government dollars. Let the pot smokers provide the taxes. Let us not pay for the pot prisoners.
As I posted earlier this doesn't seem to be a national issue. Lets see how it works out there.
I recall in the 1970s where I lived the high schools had outdoor smoking areas and kids got high between classes.
Drinking age was 18 back then too. I recall many kids who were A students in Junior High becoming druggies in high school.
Lets see what happens there. Its an experiment.
