LOL you gotta recall that the rev. Wright set up marriages for blacks in special cases back in the day. In zeros case he was an advancing politico that was gay and had to look straight.

In moochhell's case she was described as a woman no man would ever want!! Marriage made in heaven!! Id love to do some DNA just for kicks.

If Boehner allows immigration instead of border security and not both he is corrupt. Only answer there is.

We need reduced legal immigration and border security. Boehner and his henchman already have a phony border security bill that has passed out of committee. It will not enhance border security, but it will give a fig leaf to what the GOP really wants, a doubling of the guest worker programs.

If we continue to bring in 1.2 million legal immigrants a year, the status quo, then it still spells disaster for this country. Amnesty just hastens the process.

The sad thing is that the dems can’t run on anything they believe in and they know it. Their entire effort has to be a House of cards built on lies. Yet they keep getting away with it.
Only thing that makes sense is massive corruption on both sides of the aisle.
Our side as well.
If you listen to Karen Hudes enough she will make you think.I have seen most of her videos—shocking stuff.

Start with the one above if you have the time. Its two hours long and I have viewed it twice and will probably go back again.
Its a great overview ow what happened and how she sued the world bank and won. Priceless stuff. You simply will not believe the players.

If memory serves me right, we can thank Teddy Kennedy for changing the immigration laws to let in just anyone. We have to be fair, don’t you know.

I’m watching TGO on C-Spam and he is marvelous as usual. And also, taping for posterity.

Right you are it was teddy K,destroyed the country.

The unexpected result has been one of the greatest waves of immigration in the nation’s history — more than 18 million legal immigrants since the law’s passage, over triple the number admitted during the previous 30 years, as well as uncountable millions of illegal immigrants. And the new immigrants are more likely to stay (rather than return home after a time) than those who came around the turn of the century. Moreover, this new, enlarged immigration flow came from countries in Asia and Latin America which heretofore had sent few of their sons and daughters to the United States. And finally, although the average level of education of immigrants has increased somewhat over the past 30 years, the negative gap between their education and that of native-born Americans has increased significantly, creating a mismatch between newcomers and the needs of a modern, high-tech economy.

Remind him that it was the British Admiralty that made it illegal for a ship to have “secret compartments” on board to prevent smuggling. The arresting of crews and captains, and the confiscation of the merchants ships for this alone, was one of the many factors leading to the American Revolution that started in Boston circa 17760s-70s.

Does he really want to stand on the side of King George the 3rd against American Patriots?

Surely smuggling and not paying the Crown for goods was illegal as mandated by Parliament? All that the then LOYAL Colonists expected is that the British Navy do their job and actually CATCH someone smuggling BEFORE they arrest them.

Can we not “burden” the police the same way today?

In any case, making secret compartments in and of themselves illegal is just another tyranny and blow to liberty. Perhaps just let the police round up likely drug dealers and users without a trial and kill them all?

War is peace, freedom is slavery, et cetera, et cetera....

At least we should argue...

“Being on unemployment is terrible because people should have JOBS. The democrats idea of caring is to kill industry (coal, oil, the Keystone pipeline) for the environment and then use other people’s money to give you welfare, which traps you and your children in poverty FOREVER! Republicans want to see America and Americans WORKING. Having a JOB is the BEST unemployment benefit of all!!!!

Totally OT, but anybody interested in watching Bengals/Chargers game online, go to

www.cbssports.com/nfl/video/afc-playoffs

(Although after listening earlier today to some radio sports “experts” whining about the awful, terrible, inhuman game of football as played in even slightly adverse conditions, I’ve got the MUTE on full-time. ...bunch of er, kittycats.)

Thanks AB, for that input. Between the dashed lines is an explanation he gave me on FB. He does this thing where he compliments you on your question.....I don’t want to sound grumpy but I feel like he talks to me condescendingly. What do I know is the message I get from him.

Like I said, he’s a former state cop, came out of nowhere to run for the NEW district created which included me. I like him but he says this law is for the cops, that the cops need help tracking drug dealers.

Patricia, you are absolutely correct in boiling down to a hypothetical. These guys are also correct in questioning any new legislation for clarity. To be clear on a locked box transferred into the veh (your grandchild), the box is separate from the veh and police could attempt a search warrant that specifies what illegal item they think they will find inside. The compartments referenced in this law are modifications to the vehicle. As a State law, No federal police agy will act on this, they stay in federal circles and a criminal becomes their target when the crimes occur in more than one state. Now to address any police agency from breaking into your home...This law is for vehs only. There would have to be a clear and distinct correlation between the illegal item in the vehicle and the residence. I will have to tend to my family with greater attention now and will have to sign off. Call me with anything you need, Pat. I will be more than happy to explain this and any other issue you think I can help with.

If the above makes sense to you explain to me.

Anyway, to keep it germane to thread topic, there’s been a lot of talk about legalizing marijuana so let me now take a stand.

I think it’s really stupid to go after marijuana as an illegal drug as it’s stuff that grows in the ground for God’s sake.

Now we can be arrested for having secret compartments to hide our weed, go to hell.

I’m taking this guy on.....it’s part of my plan. I already got to know all the county council guys so now I start with the state guys. Got a ride up to Dover next Tuesday and I’m on a roll.

Steve Smyk....he wants me to like him. So okay, but he better not be doing me harm. I don’t like this thing one little bit.
