Cato education scholar Neal McCluskey revealed how a little-reported feature of the Affordable Care Act uses shady accounting to hide its overall cost.
“The change in student loans was part of Obamacare — and why was it part of Obamacare?” McCluskey said in an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller. “So that the profit they were supposedly making from the student loans could then be plugged into how much money would come from Obamacare, so it didn’t look like it cost as much.”
In the last days of Obamacare’s formulation, the projections had student loans folded into them to make them not seem so expensive.

Is this just poor writing or am I not understanding what this guy is saying? I hear that the profit they make from student loans has an effect on Obamacare costs. But, I thought student loans didn't make a profit and I don't understand how it would make ACA premiums seems cheaper when those folks are subsidized to begin with.

The US House of Representatives is analogous to a Police Force - - - their main job of Check and Balance is to “arrest” the perp by Impeaching the perp.
The US Senate is analogous to a Jury of Peers who have the power to throw the Impeached perp off of the taxpayer gravy train, take away his residence, ban him from building a Library paid for by us, and ban him from using his personal Corporate Jet, Air Force One.

Now, four YEARS later, loyal RINO Establishment stalwarts estimate that it will take a generation (20-25 years) to undo what Commie Obama did in eleven MONTHS.
What does it take for the Loyalist RINOs to draw a line in the sand?
As for concern about “loss of political capital” and other Leftstream Media manipulating tactics, when in the next 20 to 25 years would be a good time for y’all to consider to begin to commence thinking about draining the swamp full of Leftstream Media “alligators?”

BTW, Boehner and McConnell have done their best to not hold Commie Obama accountable for 4 years.
Thus, support for the RINO Establishment is to continue to endorse the Boehner-McConnell protection from accountability plan for Commie Obama.
Obama can not and will not be impeached simply because of his skin color. That is why he was elected. But, you make a great case for holding those who are aiding and abetting him responsible. IMO, the RINOs in congress should receive more discipline than just being turned out of office.
