I’m sure many Democrat cong and staffers were heavily invested in firearms mfgr stocks.

I have been predicting revolt for a very long time now.

This isn’t going to go well.

What would Michael Collins do?

I rarely see 38 revolvers for sale any more and when I do it is usually one or two way down at the end of the display. I think the caliber is disappearing.

I hope you have been saving all that brass, it is easy and relatively inexpensive to reload and being very low pressure they can be reloaded many times.

Proud to be a part of the 2013 statistic.. also a strong supporter in the 2010, 2011, 2012 and the upcoming 2014 gun sales statistics.

I’m also a proud ammunition supporter.

I am seriously thinking about getting a .380 as a CCW. My BIL took out a feral hog that weighed about 100 lbs with one shot into its left ear. He said .380 ammo is finally getting easier to find. May look at the Gov. Perry Coyote Special, just for kicks.

For some, that caliber combination 38SP/357Mag makes a fun semi-affordable lever action rifle.

Yep. Mine looks something like this:

Total hoot to shoot. A .357 magnum out of a 16" barrel hits quite nicely if it has to. I will say the feed port is a little skinny for normal-sized fingers but I can live with it.

The trick is not to just insert the front of the cartridge, then use the next bullet to push it through. Much easier on the fingers. I use an extra to push in the last and stick it back in the box.

My brother has a 44 mag lever gun. Very accurate and very fun to shoot.

Yep. Sweet little piece I ran into at a gunshow when I was looking for something completely different. Raised it to my shoulder and it was love.

I bought one for myself this Christmas. I called my brother to tell him about it. He just bought the same, although in a longer barrel. Both in 38Sp/357Mag. Neither of us talked to the other about it before hand.
