House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi corrected a reporter Thursday who called Democrats’ health care law “Obamacare.”

“First of all, it’s called the ‘Affordable Care Act,’ ” the California Democrat said after a reporter asked about House GOP efforts to try to tweak the law.

That was the original name (had nothing to do with healthcare). Harry Reid needed a revenue bill that passed the house. He then substituted the full text of the ACA (aka ObamaCare).

I’ve long called it PelsoiCare, which is more accurate.

However, I agree with Pelosi now. We should start calling it the AFFORDABLE Care Act, and always verbally emphasize the word affordable, because it isn’t.

As this thing wears on and people realize how expensive it really is, the world ‘affordable’ is going to be millstone about the Democrats’ neck.

It is actually called the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). ‘Patient protection’ is also going to become a very sick joke real soon. So maybe we should call it by it’s full Orwellian name just to rub it in that it is not affordable and it affords zero patient protections (least of all privacy).

Even though there are tremendous problems with the website, the website will eventually be fixed. However, Pelosi knows full well that when it is fixed and working properly, those that use it will not like what they get as compared to what they had and has been discontinued because of the Affordable Care Act.

I must agree with Pelosi, it should not be called Obamacare. It should be called "The Pelosi Obamascam you must pass it to find out what is in it Act"
