Everyone just needs to relax. The Indians will sell all the land back for a couple fifths of Old Crow Whiskey.

Throw into the deal a box full of winchester rifles. Or would that be treason?

The pollution of division politics, one pogrom at the hands of another, truly evil. The EPA is an environmental loose cannon.

well as I recall the stinking progressives won . the vote totals for Romney were LESS than that for McShamey. A bunch of folks sat out and said well it will get people’s attention if we get another four years of O. We have another four years of O and the catastrophe is in full progress. YES we do need conservatives but we also NEED to defeat the other side which means we need people to get into action

We made it possible by staying home or not voting in the presidential election. IF you are one of these then I will blame you. IF you are not then I hope you are getting MORE active not less

Grow up!
This has nothing to do with settling old scores with the tribes.
This is our Anti-American administration shutting down energy development by whatever means necessary.

The key here is that this land was purchased. Despite the meme that this or that land was "stolen", this was bought and paid for. There is no way to justify the actions of the EPA, legally, morally (no matter how twisted) or otherwise.

Time for Congress to grow some and exersize their Constitutional power. Tell the EPA to control themselves and override this travesty.

I don’t see where the EPA has the ability to take private property and put it in another political subdivision, be that a county, township, or State, much less a sovereign nation. It would be like giving Erie to Canada.

Romney might have beat McQueeg If he’d had Sarah. Without her, the showing would have been far worse.
