Rep. Cory Gardner told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly Friday that Colorado Sen. Mark Udall’s reported bullying of the state insurance agency over ObamaCare cancellation numbers “raises a big question about the abuse of power.”

Udall, a Democrat, is under fire following reports that his staff pressured the Colorado Division of Insurance to walk back its claims that 250,000 people in the state had their health insurance canceled due to the health care law.

Gardner, R-Colo., said on “The Kelly File” that emails in which an insurance agency employee said the workers were “standing strong” indicate they were receiving hostile inquiries from Udall's staff.

I am sure the local media at the Denver Post, the major TV and all the news radio stations in the Denver area will be all over this. All over this like beauty on a gorilla. Well, maybe one will cover it, the fish that is eating the whale.

I could NOT vote for him the first time— because he is not merely a jackass Democrat— but more because he is a Colorado Attorney —his record as an attorney weighted against him as mere politician I have NOT been disappointed that I cannot support Udall

Udall could be defeated this year. The chances are good.

UDALL SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR AIDING AND ABETTING THE FALSIFICATION OF OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS AND GOVT FRAUD (could also involve forgery).

REFERENCE U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 47 › § 1035 18 U.S. Code § 1035 - False statements relating to health care matters (a) Whoever, in any matter involving a health care benefit program, knowingly and willfully—

1.falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; or

2. makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements or representations, or makes or uses any materially false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry, in connection with the delivery of or payment for health care benefits, items, or services, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

(b) As used in this section, the term “health care benefit program” has the meaning given such term in section 24 (b) of this title.

=====================================================

If Gov Christie can be prosecuted under laws WRT obstructing a bridge and body of water, Udall can be prosecuted for his actions.

Apparently only GA’s Jimmy Carer was able to expose the Udall name, but people said “Mo” was “funny”. AZ’s gain is CO and NM’s loss.

Udall has upset many in Colorado and elsewhere with his stands on “Obamacare”, illegal immigration and gun control. It will be a pleasure to work against him this election cycle!

Apparently, you live in CO. Can you tell us how the Senate Race is looking, at this point in time? Got any polling data on Udall’s job approval rating or anything?

Nothing yet— it is way to early.Not even the already captured press is paying attention.This story about UDall pressuring folks to cook the books seems about the first I’ve heard. But I did see our gay Governor Chickenpooper come over the Mountain to kick-start his attempt to get re elected. His support team even appears lackluster everybody seems worried about the gun control issue.And not paying much attention to the Liars yet.
