The twisted irony is, because of his present living situation, in prison, this guy may end up working for a pimp himself.

Indeed; hopefully that might give the victims of his violence some small measure of comfort.

From the article:

Clardy was found guilty of second-degree assault by a jury in early 2013. The victim received stitches and plastic surgery, according to The Oregonian.

Clardy was also found guilty of robbing the man and beating the woman forced to be his prostitute, then 18 years old, so badly her ears bled.

*********************************

Blood coming from the ear canals after traumatic violence is sometimes an indicator of a skull fracture.

This animal deserves whatever horrific violence the worst elements of the prison system might care to inflict upon him.

the people who should be arrested are the lawyer bringing the case, and the judge who allows it.

According to the article, the pimp is representing himself (i.e. no lawyer). The article also says: "Clardy's suit will be served to Nike's Beaverton headquarters early next week for a response."

That means a judge won't even see it until Nike has filed its response, which will undoubtedly be a motion to dismiss. I think it's very unlikely that the lawsuit will survive that motion for dismissal.

I am not a lawyer, but I am the pro se defendant from Hell.

I remember an old Pittsburgh Steelers player that used to wear those fish shoes. From around 1972 or so, don’t remember his name tho.

A common pastime among felons, filling nuisance lawsuits to get a day out of jail and into court. This jams up the courts with this trash. I suggest they should have a single judge to hear all these cases, who makes a circuit of the prisons and hears them there.

A Portland (liberal shithole city) pimp? Why didn’t they just come out and say Democrat politician?

His mother’s vagina should have had a warning label...and a lock.

They should have warned him they could be considered deadly weapons, otherwise he would not have worn them while stomping the guy.

“Honest, Your Honor; I swear I was NOT using them as a weapon; I was only using them to protect my feet from his splintering bones as I stomped him! This Nike’s fault for not warning me about this!”

This lawsuit would make sense (in a liberals mind)..... we must regulate guns since they kill people therefore we must regulate shoes which can kill people.

I have been hired as an expert by Nike to stomp on this guy’s face in court barefoot to see if it is any less damaging than if I were wearing the shoes.

I think the news today could make ‘The Onion’ look like a real newspaper. The pimp should have learn that in school, but I bet he went to school for the girls.

Don't tell me. Is this another one that could have been Bronco's son? Wonder where this idiot got a name like that? I guess when his mama gave birth he could have been named Mayflower had a moving van passed by.
