So much for spending for compassion.
Is this equal access to all things not needed too?
I’m glad someone gets to go on vacation. I don’t think my family will be doing anything fantastic this year.
HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?????????????????
THOSE CARDS SHOULD BE PROGRAMMED NOT TO WORK FOR ANYTHIG BUT FOOD
DISNEY SHOULD BE FINED FOR ACCEPTING IT
Stop looking down on them just because they don’t work!
The work challenged deserve a ‘living wage’, just everyone else, (and you’re a racist and greedy if you don’t agree).
After all, they’re people too! And everyone should be able to contribute what they prefer to contribute, with an ‘equal’ claim to produced value! Some people contribute produce or manufactured goods. Other people contribute illegitimate babies and drug use. Everyone just does what they’re good at!
BINGO!!!!!
Meanwhile, there are real needs being taken care of like air conditioning, multiple flat screens and Xbox

FReepers need to pitch in and buy me an all expenses paid vacation.
I’m not expensive I’ll even stay in the tent. 4 weeks in Michigan’s upper peninsula will be fine. The second week of July to the second week of August should do it.
Thanks.
Yes, apparently we’re supposed to be liberal, and say that people on public assistance deserve nice vacations to Disney World and such places.
Millions of moderate income workers can’t afford to take these vacations, but, apparently we’re supposed to allow such expenses for those on the dole. Go figure.
Giving stuff to peeps doesn't make them live "right".
Doing so would just be judgmental and we can't have THAT!
That’s probably the main reason that the left insisted on taking charity out of the hands of the churches.
Too much “morality transfer” was going on.
Free food, free medical care, free phones, and now free vacations. Only in Amerika.
The cards need to be programmed only to cover about 25 necessary staple items. Potatoes, rice, beans, veggies.
This is all part of their plan to stimulate the economy by putting YOUR $$ in their pockets because they spend it., like this.
If they left your money with you you might just save it.
Creates jobs in Florida and Las Vegas
Yep, there’s no “worthy” poor vs. “unworthy” poor, only gov’t supported takers.
Meanwhile, my daughter, a social worker who visits Section 8 housing constantly as part of her job, noted that 100% of her clients had multiple flat screens and, if not an X-Box, the latest Play Station or Nintendo equivalent. Not 90% or even 99%. But a full 100%.
Of course, that was maybe because her parents choose to spend our money on foolish things as utilities, mortgage payments, groceries and property taxes.
We used to be the Land of the Free. Now we’re just the land of the freebie.
Expensive vacas! They must save up for a few months and then go. And why not? It’s guaranteed that they’ll have more EBT credit upon their return!
I’ve had to skip vacations because of the fear of not being able to keep up with my clients properly. I’m self employed. These people have nothing to fear.
