Porsche is really taking its game to the next level.
The 60-story Porsche Design Tower, now underway in Miami, will contain three elevators capable of taking residents and their cars to their multimillion-dollar condos dozens of stories up. The building has 284 parking spaces in its glass "sky garages," where the cars will be visible to owners from within their condos.
The amenity is so enticing that the building has managed to sign up 2 percent of the world's billionaires, according to the Atlantic Cities.
Not many units remain, a broker tells Yahoo, even though prices start at a heady $4 million and top out at a vertiginous $32.5 million for the "huge" penthouse.
Asked about the cars, the broker said: Bentleys, Porsches, Ferraris, Rolls Royce -- so many cars Im just amazed. One resident is reportedly bringing with him a $25 million Ferrari.

Those apartments have all the warmth of a hospital cafeteria.
With uglier and more uncomfortable furniture.
No bailout when it gets hit by a hurricane.
Is there actually bedrock to anchor the building?
If not it sounds terribly biblical (building house on the sinking sands...)
They can have it.
I was thinking the same thing except that the materials, particularly the interior window look like crap.
Not impressed with the interior design and have no interest in living in a ‘condo’ that costs more than a small island.
Condo: An apartment that you have to pay property tax and upkeep. IE: Housing for suckers!
proving one again that there are a few people with FAR MORE money that sense!
the outside of the building looks like the preview of a soon to be abandoned office complex
the interiors DEAD COLD!
Lovely.
Looks kinda like the sky towers from “Soylent Green”
You’re right. The apartment looks like a corporate conference room.
They should paint a big target on it
But it would be a nice place to hang my Thomas KinKade collection
If we had the flying cars that some are predicting you could really live like the Jetsons.
Having visited relatives who lived in a Deerfield Beach condo (maybe 30 miles north of Miami) I can definitely say that area has a mildew problem. Unless they keep the A/C going all the time to dehumidify the quarters (and true, having gilded pockets, they might) anything plastic or leather will gather mildew like crazy.
That said, maybe I might spring for quarters that overlook the ocean like that anyhow. To me the ocean is relaxing and the smell is wonderful. And I wouldn’t need the opulence to enjoy that.
It’s all about the experience of being able to see your car right there from your residence. I think it is similar to the time back in the 1970s when bachelor pads had mirrors in the ceiling right above the bed.
And, only minutes away from the nastiest ghettos in the nation
Do not understand the fascination folks have w Miami. There are much nicer places in FL that don’t reek of the 3d World
One of myriads for crazy terrorists... it’s a medium size wonder that we’ve had so few attacks, not so many.
Well that does have the virtue of making it hard to steal. No guards need be hired!
I doubt rich Americans will flock to this place..... Look for South Americans to move in here. Miami likes to tout itself as the capital of Latin America. Partly true. Lots of business is done there
