Secretary of State John Kerry pledged $380 million in new American assistance on Wednesday to help civilians who are suffering because of the civil war in Syria.

Thank God. Not like the vets needed that money....
What a country the US has become. The Founders weep.
I’d like to hear John and Barry explain how they arrived at that figure, and, how it will ease the suffering of those affected by the civil war. Call me cynical but the money won’t go any farther than the guy who gets the check.
More money we don’t have down a rat hole.
I want to know which Muslim faction this $380 million check will be handed to. This is like the humanitarian equivalent of Fast and Furious.
In the midst of sequestration!
Where’s Ragnar Danneskjold when you need him?
I’m surprised they’re not redistributing the full 6.5 billion. I mean, what the hell, right? Why not? Income inequality and all that...
Then you pay for it ketchup head!
F#ck Syria...let it die. Our “leaders” are ingorant morons, and giving money away that we don’t have is CRIMINAL.
China stopped loaning us money years ago. The Fed now directly monetizes our debt with new money. That’s why the stock market is constantly hitting new highs.
I thought we were broke.
Swiss bankers are licking their chops.
Sure. Send our money to savages who hate us.
