Steny Hoyer is a perfect example of someone who has “grown in office.” When he first came in he was a Reagan Democrat. Now he is a hard core Leninist. I know him slightly, he is my congresscritter and I would not, uh, spit on him if he was on fire.
He is an interesting conundrum, being that he is personally an upstanding guy and there has never been even a whiff of scandal around him, yet he is evil to the core politically.
From Congress to the looney bin...do not pass Go, do not collect retirement...
He likes to beat on women and little black kids...
and keeps on getting elected...the libtards of Alexandria are the smartest of the smart...
I suspect if you had said it in Pat Troy’s you wouldn’t have had to buy a drink the rest of the night...maybe.

No kidding. Always preferred Pat Troy’s (Before that Irelands Own) over Murphys. Never failed to sit at Reagan’s table, if it was available.
