That’s the thing. If you’re going to use that argument, you must say that all drugs, including antibiotics and all prescriptions, must be legal to take on demand as much as you want.

So get on the bandwagon to legalize meth and the rest, otherwise you’re picking and choosing just like Hussein here is doing or else you will truly be a hypocrite.

I don't find in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution where Congress was delegated the power to legislate about anything involving drugs of any sort.

That is more appropriately a police power of the States.

The federal government needs to go back into it's Constitutional box.

The government should not be in the business of regulating our bodies or what we decide to put into them. That applies to any and all substances. It is up to me to make those decisions. And it is I who should suffer the consequences if my choices have a bad result.
