Striking down IPAB, the most powerful cost-control mechanism in all of Obamacare, could be the last straw in making the whole law unworkable, leading to its demise.

To be replaced with what? Healthcare can't just be suspended while this is figured out.

The pubbies should forget about amnesty and all the other garbage they are considering and be busting chops to come up with a health care proposal that folks can live with.

If we had a conservative Congress and White House (I can dream can't I?) that passed a law that every able bodied citizen who hasn't been convicted of a felony or ruled to be mentally ill is required to own an AR-15 rifle and 2,000 rounds of ammunition, with a provision that the law can never be revoked, liberals would drastically change their thinking about this.
