Bipartisanship, the environment, health care, military pensions and a look at what's ahead for 2014 were on readers' minds Monday during a live chat with Congressman Fred Upton.

I have made this a priority for me to help organize a bi-partisan coalition to get these passed hopefully starting by the end of February."
