Here at SF Weekly we remember the broken system when it comes to abusive parents who are awarded custody of their children because of flawed methods of investigating accusations of abuse. Considering this is the far-left SF Weekly, and considering how women routinely make charges of abuse to gain leverage in divorce proceedings, I'm going to guess they are upset that occasionally the accusations are shown to be not credible and the woman loses.

I'm going to guess they are upset that occasionally the accusations are shown to be not credible and the woman loses. I have seen cases where the mother was a drug ho and the guy at least a worker bee who maybe likes beer too much on the weekends (and promises to not do so with the kid).
The women get the kid, and the child support -- which she uses for drugs, even in the face of overwhelming evidence.
