Poll: Majority Believe Obama's White House is Incompetent

According to new polling from Quinnipiac, a majority of Americans view President Obama's White House as incompetent. In addition, a majority of Americans are still questioning Obama's character and view him as dishonest and untrustworthy.

The Obama administration is not competent running the government, voters say 53 - 42 percent. The president is paying attention to what his administration is doing, 45 percent say, while 47 percent say he is not paying attention.

The president's character measures remain low:

46 percent say he is honest and trustworthy and 49 percent say he is not;
49 percent say he is a strong leader and 48 percent say he is not;
51 percent say he cares about their needs and problems and 46 percent say he does not. Olympic Terrorism

In the same poll, Americans still list their top priority as the economy, which explains their response about White House competency. For 77 percent of Americans, the economy is viewed as "not good" with a majority saying the economy is not getting better despite the White House touting economic improvement.

The economy is perceived as "not so good" or "poor" by 77 percent of voters. A small minority say the economy is getting better and many Americans say it is getting worse.

Naming "the top priority for President Obama and Congress in 2014," 15 percent of voters say the economy, while 16 percent list jobs or unemployment, a total of 31 percent, while 18 percent list healthcare, the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University poll finds. A total of 10 percent list the budget, the budget deficit, spending or other budget-related items. Another 4 percent list bi-partisanship or cooperation and 2 percent list education.

The economy is "not so good" or "poor," a total of 77 percent of voters say. Only 28 percent say the economy is getting better, while 26 percent say it is getting worse and 44 percent say it's the same.

"'It's the economy, Mr. President,' say dissatisfied American voters who are not yet willing to give President Barack Obama a thumbs up on his presidency," said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.

Over the past few weeks, President Obama has been focused on income inequality and is expected to highlight the issue in his State of the Union Address next week.

Which phase are we in now for “recovery summer”? This was supposed to take place 4 summers ago.

Incompetent?

That is too generous. It implies that they have SOME competence ... but not exactly enough. NOT!

I have a secretarial position and I am CERTAIN that neither “O” nor all his creatures combined (on their best day) could do MY job.

If I did my work the way they do THEIRS... I would have been fired LONG AGO!!

If I put a period upside down in a sentence, my boss comes after me like I took her wallet!

None of THEIR BS would be tolerated for one instant here.

We can live through incompetence. No, this administration has thought out carefully how they are destroying the US.

These numbers stink. If the represent what Americans really think, the Republic is dead,

His positives should be down in the 20% bracket in all criteria.

Obama is just a symptom of a serious disease afflicting our country, and the disease is an electorate stupid enough to elect such a man to the Presidency. How did we, as a people, become so stupid in such a short period of time, and become a laughing stock around the world?

This from a Czech Newspaper editorial last year sums up what most Europeans now think of us.

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president.

The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.”

This is more bad than good. It means they still have no understanding of leftism, communist revolution and “progress” in the demented leftist mind.

When it comes to tanking the economy, deflecting blame, and covering their filthy tracks, this administration is quite competent.

Obama played the race card because he knows that he was elected mostly on the basis of being The First Black President (and his opposition was a joke). Unaware Americans are loath to criticize The First Black President. Obama and his minions are well aware of this reality. That's why he finally, personally used his race (the black half) to excuse his sinking popularity so he can screw the American people a bit longer.

The 'incompetent' rationale for Obama's failures must hurt since he has always been told how 'brilliant' he was but as we know, the failures and scandals of the Obama administration are not based solely on incompetence (although it certainly exists) but on determined plan to reduce American economic success and with it, the influence on world affairs being a superpower brings.

The left considers the U.S. a bully and Obama is trying to 'take us down' while grinning at us and making speeches that are intended to distract and confuse those who are only marginally involved with politics and have little concept of the infamous Cloward-Pivin strategy or Saul Alinsky's book.

I don’t think it’s incompetence, I think it’s deliberate destruction. I don’t think that Obozo himself is that smart-Mr Golf King?!-but his puppet masters, the Soros types, are. And they’ve never made any secret of their desire to bring America down.

He’s only “incompetent” if you measure his accomplishments by the goals you’d expect of a president that wanted America to prosper.

He’s ENTIRELY COMPETENT if you measure him by his true goals.

The left is really stupid in not considering how they’d fare under a caliphate, or communism, or any of their other crazy opium dreams. Trotsky entered Russia at Lenin’s side during the revolution, and was one of the first people purged when Stalin got going. His cred as Lenin’s friend and a pioneer of Bolshevism didn’t help him one bit. And Stalin was willing to go so far as to have him hunted down in a foreign country.
