The Refreshing Li Na
Melbourne Herald Sun ^ | January 25th, 2014

Posted on 01/25/2014 11:23:40 AM PST by A'elian' nation

Li Na thanked her agent after winning her second tennis Grand Slam in Australia.

"Max, agent, make me rich, thanks a lot" she said."

Funny that proclaiming that you are rich is cool in China and Russia, but no longer in the good ole USA. Haven't communist countries heard about income inequality? Sharing the wealth? When is the last time one of our sport's stars proclaimed his or her wealth to the world ?

Li Na ranks 85th in the world's highest paid athletes having won over $18 million dollars in her career.

Li Na is anything but a communist, bravely splitting from the Chinese Federation of Tennis which was taking 65% of her earnings, but it is ironic that the cries and cheers of capitalism are coming from the stars of communist countries.

Ironically it seems like the only ones who can flout their wealth here are the likes of Bloomberg, de Blasio who lives in a million dollar home, Al Gore, OweBowMao, and on and on - the very ones decrying the capitalist spirit.

Someone needs to tell the likes of the de Blasio's that their communist "homelands" don't apparently share his concept of wealth distribution and equality. Nor have they ever.

Meanwhile, Li Na knocks the crowds dead with her frank and funny acceptance speeches. Having demoted her husband from coach status she says,

"Now, of course, my husband, you're famous in China. Thanks (to) him with everything, travelling with me as my hitting partner. (He) fixes my drink, fixes my raquet...

"So thanks a lot, you're a nice guy ... Also, you're so lucky".

Li Na, happily and unashamedly, walks away with today's winner purse of 2.65 million trickle down money.

She is a refreshing change from the freakazoid thugs known as the Williams sisters.

Definitely not guilty. The tattoo is a distraction. Why would a beautiful woman want something that draws the eye away from her beauty?

Yeah, they've heard it, lived it and fought each other in the streets for the T-shirt. They've had just about all they can enjoy of that Marxist fail.
