President Obamas use of executive action to get around congressional gridlock is unparalleled in modern times, some scholars say. But to liberal activists, hes not going far enough.
"You have a power to stop deportation for all undocumented immigrants in this country!" the young South Korean man yelled at President Obama during a speech on immigration reform last November in San Francisco. Waving away security guards, Mr. Obama turned and addressed Mr. Hong, himself undocumented. "Actually, I don't," the president said. "And that's why we're here."
"We've got this Constitution, we've got this whole thing about separation of powers," Obama continued. "So there is no shortcut to politics, and there's no shortcut to democracy."

"We've got this Constitution, we've got this whole thing about separation of powers," Obama continued.
What utterly egregious BS
These are the kind of presidential larger than life myths future generations will be taught about Obama. How after being put to the test he breaks out in a history lesson emphatic about the divine document that is the US Constitution.
As I read Obama talking about the Constitution, his sense of pride, loyalty so palpable, I can actually see and hear the music already, patriots matching to the tune of Obama's AmeriKa CCCP.
Yeah, we've got this Constitution........... that constantly gets in the way.
Don't make me barf.
Congress’ evasion of responsibility to the peeps and their progeny, and the Country is unprecedented (but not unexpected).
Try Illegal, Ilicit, and Illegitimate.
AND an A-hole to boot.
This Congress is utterly complicit in every crime in which the White House squatter has engaged.
Right, as if the CSM gives a crap about Obama abusing the constitution.
D.C. is one big joke. How does CONgress have even a 1% fav?
Ah, I see that the reign of Nixon has not gone unnoticed by the Current Regime.
But without the great pioneering spirit of Sir Richard, the way would have much more difficult. This time, the people practicing the Imperial Rule of the territory once known as “the United States of America” made allowances in advance for pockets of resistance that may grow and cause untold amount of damage to the agenda for the basic transformation of this country.
Because unlike Nixon, the Current Regime takes responsibility for NOTHING that could in any way cast a negative light on Maximum Leader, who, as it turns out, is actually a composite of several different people, and not the figurehead that struts about the White Hut and poses before the TelePrompter.
A long, but excellent article!
Thanks for posting.
Obama keeps ignoring the Constitution and keeps getting away with it.
I would really like to read or watch what the MSM would have done if Bush did the same thing.
Yes, it would also make our Congress a partner in the crime.
He has congress cowering in fear because he has incriminating blackmail information against them, causing their silence and inaction.
Maybe someone will ask one of the MSM's intrepid reporters. And also, pigs might fly.
If the opposite of pro is con, then
the opposite of progress is...congress.
Something about Catholic Pope’s and bears in the woods come to mind when we contemplate this question.
It all began with him violating his Presidential Oath of Office. It is not wise to force God to be a witness to a lie. He was in deep doo-doo before he signed his first executive order.
With him being a muslim and all you'd think he would be mindful of what it says in the Koran about swearing a false oath.
"Perform your covenant with God, when ye enter into covenant with him; and violate not your oaths, after the ratification thereof; since ye have made God a witness over you.
Verily God knoweth that which ye do....Therefore take not your oaths between you deceitfully lest your foot slip, after it hath been steadfastly fixed, and ye taste evil in this life, for that ye have turned aside from the way of God; and ye suffer a grievous punishment in the life to come."
Page 231 from the Koran I have in my hands.
Obama has a heart as hard as flint.
