I believe his idea is to hang onto the seat long enough, that his daughter gets to the right age, and he can just leave the seat to the daughter. I know this sounds awful stupid....but this is the one of the three three most dim senators that we have today.
That is the exact thing I’ve thought for a couple of years. She’d be worse, if that’s possible.
