New guidelines on how the Justice Department can monitor the media will be published in the next coming weeks, Attorney General Eric Holder said at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday.

The way our freedoms are being removed, it wouldn't surprise me to see this forum monitored by Holder's men and posts removed and posters tracked down and charged with whatever criminal charge Holder makes up.
The Ministry of Media is not pleased.
The media needs to do an about face and expose everything they know about BO and Holder and quit propping them up. This way, impeachment proceedings would be supported and we could get rid of them before they clamp down on the media—I know-wishful thinking. They aren’t that smart.
Liberals believe “journalists” are exempt. In other words, they’ll say “Fox News, Hannity, Limbaugh are is not news outlets so the government should be able to censure them.” I know a liberal with a masters’ in history who said this. This guy believes msnbc IS a news outlet.
Congress isn't doing it - the Justice Department and specifically Eric Holder is - and that will be just peachy with the spineless Pub's in DC.

Several years ago, while I was in school, I made a sarcastic post on FR. I was reported to the university police as a member of a white supremacist organization who was planning on killing muslims. Whoever reported me saw my university email addy in my FR info and contacted the administration and university police. The police had a full investigation and I was interogated for hours. I was worried that I was going to be thrown out of school. But, they did not.
