The Justice Department has notified a federal judge that it intends to seek the death penalty if a jury convicts Dzhokhar Tsarnaev for last April’s bomb attacks at the Boston Marathon.

Tsarnaev is awaiting trial on charges that he and his brother built and planted two pressure-cooker bombs that killed three people and injured at least 260 others. He is also charged with killing an MIT campus police officer.

A warning for him to SHUT UP about the connection
between HIM and the person in the DHS who allowed
him into the USA WITHOUT A PASSPORT AFTER the Russians
warned DHS that he was a terrorist about to murder
Bostonians.

Actually, I'm betting Tsarnaev will never be executed. There was a rush to execute Timothy McVeigh, but McVeigh was white. Tsarnaev is a kindred spirit of the Muslim poseur in the White House, so taxpayers will be footing the bill for Tsarnaev fir the rest of his natural life. As a young man, that could be decades.

They gain nothing from it politically. Whether it’s the right thing to do is insignificant to them.

The only way this dude will be executed is if they put him in general population and some inmate exacts justice with a sharpened toothbrush handle.

Wow.
Golly gee.

I guess THIS makes up for throwing away victory in Iraq and letting the Mullahs have the bomb in Iran.

“There was a rush to execute Timothy McVeigh”.......

Personally I do not believe the early execution of McVeigh was at his own request. I believe Clinton wanted him gone as quickly as possible to avoid having more investigation into the Oklahoma City Court House bombing. Too much untold information may have come forth, such as McVeigh’s connection with the muzzies. Clinton wanted him gone. Now we have the case of Tsarnaev whom, when/if more information came forward, things would look pretty bad for the current administration. I expect he will be “gone”.

I will not disagree.

The problem is within the minds of the wacko left. Do they give a heavier weight to hating the death penalty than fear of something being revealed?

All the while, 3 dead merits the death penaly as terrorism while 13 dead at Fort Hood still languishes as “work place violence”. What are they really covering up? Death for 3 dead to keep the socialist idiots of Boston happy, shove it aside for the mere killing of military personnel because everyone knows they don’t as a group support the kenyan.

Yeh that’ll be the fastest execution in history. I’m shocked he hasn’t committed suicide already.
