MADISON, Wis.An aide to a Republican state lawmaker has been charged with election fraud for allegedly voting in the wrong district in 2008 and 2010. The Wisconsin State Journal reported Wednesday (http://tiny.cc/3yggax) that Marcie Malszycki was charged Monday with two counts of election fraud and pleaded not guilty. She allegedly voted in Onalaska in 2008 and 2010, when her home address was in Madison.
The 33-year-old Malszycki is an aide to state Rep. Warren Petryk, a Republican from Eleva in west-central Wisconsin.

The fact is that election fraud does occur, and although it is not limited to the Democrats, it is on the Left that the majority of election fraud happens. You will notice that it is ONLY the Left that loudly clamors against voter ID laws. That is because having to present identification to vote to prove you are who you say you are greatly reduces the Lefts ability to cheat in elections. The bigger government gets, the more the Statists in both parties will do ANYTHING to get elected or re-elected to grow more government. Were it not for the fact government is involved in EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of our lives, the relevance and power of elections and government wouldn't be nearly as important as it has now become .

Former WI State Sen Jim Sullivan voted in his district of Wauwatosa then claimed he forgot he voted and voted again in my town. He never got charged with anything and won the election. Of course he’s a lib....

She voted
once per election in the wrong district and she gets indicted?
Dems bring in busloads of fake voters to vote in multiple districts and nothing happens to them?

This wouldn’t have happened if we had stronger voter ID laws.

What’s funny about this is she’s being prosecuted for voting in a district she lives in part time, announced that, asked the poll workers before she registered and was assured it wasn’t a problem. Now the funny part, it’s the same county as the U W Madison. So, are they going to prosecute all the students who reside in other parts of the state and vote in Madison?

How about a referendum on the need for voter ID here in Wisconsin? I would definitely vote “YES”, we need it.

This is in the same spirit as Eric Holder indicting a white guy for a Knockout King attack.

So, are they going to prosecute all the students who reside in other parts of the state and vote in Madison? No, because they won't have enough time if they are prosecuting the ones that vote in Madison and also vote in their home districts, then brag about it on u tube.

How can a person vote in a district they aren’t registered in? Providing a home address could have corrected the mistake. Sounds like a poll worker was involved in the conspiracy.

“Bush SHOULD have gone after ALL the DEMOCRAT FRAUD”
Yeah, but he did not want to touch any of that, but a singular case like this that is not a problem at all is prosecuted while cases of Democratic voter fraud which is a problem is not prosecuted.

During the Florida recount in 2000, I saw a black woman on TV admit that she had voted twice (in Florida) in the election. I really doubt anyone brought charges against her.
