If the homeowner shot first, the news would be all about how the person was just trying to ask for help.

I see 0’s MSM didn’t publish a photo of the perp though it probably isn’t really necessary. Still covering for the Amish and hiding the truth. Pretty bad when you have to get truthful news from overseas media

Count down to the stories of how Obamas son was turning his life around, getting his GED and getting a job. He fell in with a bad crowd because he was a good boy.

The perp looks like he could be little Trayvon’s brother, which means he looks like he could be Obama’s son!

He don’t look much like an innocent in the picture sitting down with a lap full of cash and blow and chooming, pants pulled down around his thighs.

The breakdown in society has reached the point where one puts one life in jeopardy when helping other human beings. Recently I was driving through a state park and was flagged down by a motorist who claimed to have a bad battery. I was uncomfortable but did stop to provide the requested assistance. Throughout the process of helping the motorist I felt uncomfortable. Fortunately there was no incident but the person in trouble could have attacked me at any time during the stop. Next time I’ll probably just drive on and report the motorist in trouble at a ranger station.

Another commentary on the state of our cultural decline is the motorist in trouble did not even verbally thank me for stopping and giving him a hand. He jumped in his car and sped away. Perhaps he was an entitled progressive who viewed me as one of the unwashed. After all he was driving an old Volvo and I was driving an environment destroying F250.

Those who condemned that guy in De-troit that shot the drunken woman who was pounding on his door in the middle of the night asking for help for being a racist gun nut should take a good look at this case.

“.. throughout the process of helping the motorist I felt uncomfortable..”

I am afraid that is where we are in today’s society. We can no longer see a motorist who needs help (a knock at the door asking for help or any other situation) and do the “Christian” thing. We now have to really evaluate the situation and I am afraid to say this but... we have to look at the age/race/gender and put that into the equation as well. For what it is worth... the guy was a jerk for not thanking you.

Every state has a #/2 digit state police cell phone number.

Call it, give them the location of the stranded driver and keep driving.

Too many setups and ambushes these days and almost everyone has a cell phone of their own to call for help anyway and shouldn’t be needing to ask strangers.

If somebody knocks on my door looking for help [unlikely] I’m going to say, through the still-locked door, “Yeah, I’ll call for help but you can’t come inside. My dogs will tear you apart.”

We’ll see if they wait around for the cops.

I once came across a questionnaire to determine how long you can expect to live. There was a question which asked: when you answer the door do you always have a firearm in your back pocket? The implications are clear.
