I too believe that the woman should be able to choose. And she chooses when she opens herself up to sex with the man. Not after there are consequences.

I fully believe in a woman’s right to choose. I just believe that the choice is made when she chooses to engage in the behavior that creates the child. If she didn’t choose, then that is rape, and other rules apply.

Can we agree that the choice of becoming a mother carries more than a simple yes or no. Far be it for me to interfere with the dynamics that should be considered in a womans priority process, but the requirements in that decision, by nature and necessity, is how and why to choose the potential male donor, for a milieu of reasons. By carrying the SOLE access to the starting point of reproduction, also carries the sole responsibility for the results of that decision, the wellbeing of the resulting baby.. IB4TZ indeed!

I too believe that the woman should be able to choose. How come this 'right to choose' never involves adoption? That's a viable choice, isn't it?

I have no problem with abortion so long as the baby isn’t harmed in any way.

Christians have always been Pro-Choice.
Pro-Choice before conception, Pro-Life after conception.
Any attempt to end a Pregnancy after conception is nothing short of a Barbaric Murder!

it’s chosen far less often than it could be. it’slike that woman who strangled her dog she couldn’t care for because she didn’t want anyone else to have it.

To me, it isn’t the logic and reason of someone who thinks they are disconnected from the effect - how they should be open and caring and all that.
The fact is that we are talking about acts that result in the murder of a human being, an unborn soul. There is no logic or reason for it, from a “man’s” perspective. The logic and reason is God’s.
Similarly, the Supreme Court’s decision did not and does not solely affect the ‘woman in question’. The fact is that abortions are subsidized daily by the taxpayer -if not for the deed itself, then by advertising, encouragement, and sponsorship of groups whose mission statements are murder.
It doesn’t boil down to a “man’s decision”; it boils down to murder, and the accompanying cowardice that leads one to let it be.

Not one ounce of class in that post.
And yet everything he posted was correct.
The choice, concerning the baby, stops/ends once the Mother decides to get impregnated.
From that point forward, if she tries to kill her baby, it's murder.

“the ultimate decision of the woman to decide whether she should be a mother..”
If she has a child growing in her, she is already a mother. That decision is not up to her.
The decision is whether the mother will murder her child.
Imagine 50 million dead babies in a pile. How high would that be?
Does anyone have a conscience anymore?
